INGREDIENTS:
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Parboiled rice - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 10 pods
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water - 4 cups
PREPARATION:
- Take urad dhal, rice and garlic in a cooker.
- Add water. Add salt to taste. Close the cooker and pressure cook on high till 1 whistle.
- Reduce the flame and cook in medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the stove. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Open the cooker.
- Add the coconut and mix well. Ready to serve.
