INGREDIENTS:
- Onion (small) - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Carrot - 1/2
- Curd or plain yogurt - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- White or black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Grate the carrot, cut the tomato and onions into small pieces.
- Place the onions, tomato and grated carrot in a bowl.
- Add curd or yogurt.
Mix and add salt to taste.
- Add pepper and mix well. Can have with biryani, pulao, ghee rice.
