INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Water
- Salt to taste
- Oil
PREPARATION:
- Take wheat flour in a bowl.
- Pour 3/4 cup water gradually and mix with a wire mesh until the lumps are gone. Add salt to taste.
- Pour more water as needed to make a little thin batter.
- Heat the tawa on medium high heat. Rub oil on it. Pour 1 large spoon of batter on the tawa and flatten it by spreading it clockwise starting from the center.
- When you see the batter on the upper side cooked, turn the dosa with a spatula.
- Wait for a minute and turn over. You can see golden brown spots on the dosa when it is done. Serve with chutney, chicken, beef, lamb or vegetable gravy.
