Noodle Soup recipe


INGREDIENTS - NOODLE SOUP:
  • Noodles - 2 packets
  • Bok choy - 2
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Cabbage leaves - 2
  • Mushroom - 8
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Bean sprouts - 1 cup
  • Green onion - 2
  • Bell peppers (green, yellow, red) - small piece of each
  • Water - 9 cups
  • Chili sauce
  • Lemon
INGREDIENTS - SPICES:
  • Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Roasted cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted clove powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted aniseed powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
P.S: Instead of the spices mentioned above, you can use the seasoning given along with the noodles.

PREPARATION:
  1. Chop all the vegetables into medium size pieces. Pour water in a large pan.
  2. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and stir.
  3. Add the spices and mix well.
  4. Add tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce, onion, bell peppers  and mix well.
  5. After 3 minutes add bok choy. Let cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add bell mushrooms.
    Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add bean sprouts.
    Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add green onions and cook for 2 minutes.
    Soup ready to serve.
  9. Add chili sauce and lemon juice according to taste.
