INGREDIENTS - NOODLE SOUP:
- Noodles - 2 packets
- Bok choy - 2
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Cabbage leaves - 2
- Mushroom - 8
- Onion - 1/2
- Tomato - 1
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onion - 2
- Bell peppers (green, yellow, red) - small piece of each
- Water - 9 cups
- Chili sauce
- Lemon
INGREDIENTS - SPICES:
- Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Roasted cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
- Roasted clove powder - 1/4 tsp
- Roasted aniseed powder - 1/4 tsp
- Roasted fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
P.S: Instead of the spices mentioned above, you can use the seasoning given along with the noodles.
PREPARATION:
- Chop all the vegetables into medium size pieces. Pour water in a large pan.
- Bring to a boil. Add noodles and stir.
- Add the spices and mix well.
- Add tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce, onion, bell peppers and mix well.
- After 3 minutes add bok choy. Let cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bell mushrooms. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bean sprouts. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add green onions and cook for 2 minutes. Soup ready to serve.
- Add chili sauce and lemon juice according to taste.
