Shrimp Fry recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • Shrimp - 35 count
  • Ginger - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
PREPARATION:
  1. Remove the shell and clean the shrimp well ( Here am using shrimp cleaned and got from the store).
  2. Add salt, ginger, garlic and chili powder.
    Mix well.
  3. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour oil in a hot pan.
    When the oil gets heated add the shrimp and let cook one side.
  5. Turn them over and cook until golden brown.
  6. Remove from pan.
    Do this to the remaining shrimps.
