INGREDIENTS:
- Shrimp - 35 count
- Ginger - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 1/4 cup
PREPARATION:
- Remove the shell and clean the shrimp well ( Here am using shrimp cleaned and got from the store).
- Add salt, ginger, garlic and chili powder. Mix well.
- Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Pour oil in a hot pan. When the oil gets heated add the shrimp and let cook one side.
- Turn them over and cook until golden brown.
- Remove from pan. Do this to the remaining shrimps.
