Pancake Syrup recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • Water-1 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 drop
PREPARATION:
  1. Pour water in a pan.
  2. Add brown sugar.
  3. Bring it to a boil stirring occasionally.
  4. When the brown sugar melts, add a drop of vanilla essence.
    Mix well. Let it cool.
  5. Store in a bottle. Good for pancakes, waffles.
P.S : For thicker syrup, you have to add corn syrup. But I prefer the one without corn syrup.
