INGREDIENTS:
- Water-1 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 drop
PREPARATION:
- Pour water in a pan.
- Add brown sugar.
- Bring it to a boil stirring occasionally.
- When the brown sugar melts, add a drop of vanilla essence. Mix well. Let it cool.
- Store in a bottle. Good for pancakes, waffles.
P.S : For thicker syrup, you have to add corn syrup. But I prefer the one without corn syrup.
