INGREDIENTS:
- Long beans - 1 bunch
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil-1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves - 5
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Crushed garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut (grated) - 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Wash and cut the beans into fine pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Drop in the mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add curry leaves. Drop in the cut beans. Sprinkle salt to taste and saute it. Cook in low flame.
- Pour 1/4 cup water and cook sauteing often.
- When the beans is tender, add all the spices.
- Mix well and cook for another 3 minutes. Ready.
