Cupcake recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • All purpose flour - 1 3/4 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 3/4 cup
  • Baking soda - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 2 teaspoon
  • Boiling water - 1 cup
PREPARATION:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a pan. 
    Add the eggs, milk, oil , vanilla essence and mix well.
  3. Pour the boil water gradually and mix well.

    It would be a thin batter.
  4. Place the cup cake liners in a cup cake pans.
  5. Pour the batter into the mould filling it to half.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove when a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the pan and let it cool.
     
    Added cream frost (optional)

    Added sprinkles (optional)

  8. Makes 24 cup cakes.
