INGREDIENTS:
- All purpose flour - 1 3/4 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Cocoa powder - 3/4 cup
- Baking soda - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2
- Milk - 1 cup
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 2 teaspoon
- Boiling water - 1 cup
PREPARATION:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a pan. Add the eggs, milk, oil , vanilla essence and mix well.
- Pour the boil water gradually and mix well.
Pouring water - Place the cup cake liners in a cup cake pans.
- Pour the batter into the mould filling it to half.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove when a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the pan and let it cool.

Added sprinkles (optional)
- Makes 24 cup cakes.
