Chicken Roast Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken thigh boneless - 2 (or) chicken breast - 1
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION:
  1. Wash and make thin slices of the chicken.
  2.  Add all the spices and mix well.

  3. Cover it and leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour oil in a hot pan. Place the chicken slices along with the juice in the pan. Cover and cook it in low flame.
  5. Flip the pieces and cook the other side.
  6.  Do this until the chicken is cooked and both the sides are golden brown.
