INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken thigh boneless - 2 (or) chicken breast - 1
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- Oil - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION:
- Wash and make thin slices of the chicken.
- Add all the spices and mix well.
Adding all spices Adding lemon juice - Cover it and leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour oil in a hot pan. Place the chicken slices along with the juice in the pan. Cover and cook it in low flame.
- Flip the pieces and cook the other side.
- Do this until the chicken is cooked and both the sides are golden brown.
