Chapati Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 1/2 cup
PREPARATION:
  1. Add salt to the flour.
  2. Pour water gradually and knead the flour to a ball.
  3. Make 6 - 7 small balls.
  4. Flatten each ball and dip in wheat flour.
                               
  5. Now roll it with rolling pin and flatten them.
  6. Heat a tawa.
  7. Place the flattened Chapati on the hot pan and let it cook one side for almost a minute.

  8. Then flip it over and cook the other side.
  9. Do this to all the other chapatis.
