INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Water - 1/2 cup
PREPARATION:
- Add salt to the flour.
- Pour water gradually and knead the flour to a ball.
- Make 6 - 7 small balls.
- Flatten each ball and dip in wheat flour.
- Now roll it with rolling pin and flatten them.
- Heat a tawa.
- Place the flattened Chapati on the hot pan and let it cook one side for almost a minute.
- Then flip it over and cook the other side.
- Do this to all the other chapatis.
