INGREDIENTS:
- Cabbage - 1/2
- Onion - 1/2
- Green chili - 1
- Grated Coconut - 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
- Urad dahl- 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves - 5
- Salt
PREPARATION:
- Pour oil in a hot pan.
- Chop the vegetables.
- Reduce heat to low and drop in mustard seeds.
- When it splutters, drop urad dhal and saute it.
- Drop curry leaves. Add the cabbage, onions and green chili. Add salt to taste.
- Saute and cover the pan and let it cook sauteing occasionally.
- Add grated coconut.
- Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
