Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • Cabbage - 1/2
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Green chili - 1
  • Grated Coconut - 1 1/2 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Urad dahl- 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - 5
  • Salt
PREPARATION:
  1. Pour oil in a hot pan.
  2. Chop the vegetables.
  3. Reduce heat to low and drop in mustard seeds.
  4. When it splutters, drop urad dhal and saute it.
  5. Drop curry leaves. Add the cabbage, onions and green chili. Add salt to taste.
  6. Saute and cover the pan and let it cook sauteing occasionally.
  7. Add grated coconut.
  8. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
