Broccoli Stir-fry Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • Broccoli - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - 2 pods (crushed)
  • Crushed Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
PREPARATION:
  1. Wash and cut broccoli into medium sized florets.
  2. Heat a pan. Pour oil.And add the crushed garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
  3. Add broccoli. Pour 1/4 cup water and salt to taste.
  4. Reduce heat and cook in low flame sauteing occasionally for 8 minutes.
  5. Add the crushed pepper and mix well.
