Bok Choy & Mushroom Stir-fry in Soy Sauce


INGREDIENTS:
  • Bok choy - 2 bunches
  • Onion-1
  • Green Bell pepper - 1/2
  • Yellow Bell pepper - 1/2
  • Red Bell pepper - 1
  • Spring Onions (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Mushroom (chopped) - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chili - 1
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION:
  1. Cut all the vegetables into medium size pieces.
  2. Pour oil in a hot pan. Reduce flame.  Drop the ginger and garlic, green chili and saute till they become golden brown.
  3. Add bok choy and saute for a minute.
  4. Add onions. Saute for 1 min. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  5. Add the bell peppers and saute for a minute.
    Then close and cook it for 5 minutes sauteing occasionally.
  6. Then add mushrooms. Saute and cook it until the vegetables become tender.
  7.  Add soy sauce and mix well.
    Adding Soy sauce
    Add more salt if necessary.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
