INGREDIENTS:
- Bok choy - 2 bunches
- Onion-1
- Green Bell pepper - 1/2
- Yellow Bell pepper - 1/2
- Red Bell pepper - 1
- Spring Onions (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Mushroom (chopped) - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green chili - 1
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION:
- Cut all the vegetables into medium size pieces.
- Pour oil in a hot pan. Reduce flame. Drop the ginger and garlic, green chili and saute till they become golden brown.
- Add bok choy and saute for a minute.
- Add onions. Saute for 1 min. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Add the bell peppers and saute for a minute. Then close and cook it for 5 minutes sauteing occasionally.
- Then add mushrooms. Saute and cook it until the vegetables become tender.
- Add soy sauce and mix well.
Adding Soy sauce - Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
