Beef Roast Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • Beef - 1 pound
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • Oil - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION:
  1. Thoroughly wash the beef.
  2. Cut into thin slices.
    Beef pieces

    Thin sliced beef pieces, lemon, and pepper, salt, ginger,garlic powder
  3. Add all the ingredients to the beef.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cover it with a plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 min, heat a pan. Pour oil and spread all over the pan.
  7. Place the beef slices.
  8. Cover it with a lid. Let cook for sometime on low.
  9. Flip the pieces over and cook for few minutes. 
  10. The sides should become golden brown.
  11. Remove from flame. Can be used in rolls or pita pocket. Beef roast is ready.
