INGREDIENTS:
- Beef - 1 pound
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - as per taste
- Juice from 1 large lemon
- Oil - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION:
- Thoroughly wash the beef.
- Cut into thin slices.
Beef pieces Thin sliced beef pieces, lemon, and pepper, salt, ginger,garlic powder - Add all the ingredients to the beef.
- Mix well.
- Cover it with a plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- After 30 min, heat a pan. Pour oil and spread all over the pan.
- Place the beef slices.
- Cover it with a lid. Let cook for sometime on low.
- Flip the pieces over and cook for few minutes.
- The sides should become golden brown.
- Remove from flame. Can be used in rolls or pita pocket. Beef roast is ready.
