INGREDIENTS:
- Apples - 4
- Water - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Wash and peel the apples.
- Cut them into halves and remove the seeds.
- Cut them into smaller pieces.
- Put them in a pan and add enough water to immerse the apple pieces.
- Bring to a boil and cook in medium flame until tender.
- Let not the water dry off completely.
- Let it cool. Puree in a blender or mixer. Applesauce ready.
