Apple Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Apples - 4
  • Water - as needed
PREPARATION:
  1. Wash and peel the apples.
  2. Cut them into halves and remove the seeds.
  3. Cut them into smaller pieces.
  4. Put them in a pan and add enough water to immerse the apple pieces.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook in medium flame until tender.
  6. Let not the water dry off completely.
  7. Let it cool. Puree in a blender or mixer. Applesauce ready.
